Facilities Hire

Use of Facilities:

The St Luke’s congregation is blessed to have the use and stewardship of the site on the corner of Scenic and Barrabool Rd (see plan below).  We consider that part of our mission to the wider community is to make these available for use by other community groups whose aim is to enrich the life of our community at an affordable cost.   Facilities available for hire at various times during the week and weekend include:

The Sanctuary – our worship space which includes lighting and sound, well suited to performances and recitals.  Piano and Organ available.

The Hall – a small, carpeted hall with some storage for ongoing users, a stage with curtains.  Includes trestle tables and chairs.

The Kitchen – a modern, well equipped kitchen registered with City of Greater Geelong for the preparation and serving of meals and hot drinks.

The Fellowship Room – a smaller room adjoining the kitchen with table and chairs.

The Lane Memorial Room – a rustic building overlooking the tennis courts which has tea and coffee facilities. St Luke’s property is an alcohol and smoke free venue.
