Good afternoon Ian,
After receiving everyone’s emails it appears that Wednesday 11 December 2019 suits everyone for a meeting.
In light of peoples responses I am proposing we meet at 2.30pm. Can you please confirm we are able to use and book a room space at the Church.
I will send an email closer to the date with the agenda items and call for any other matters to be included at the meeting.
