The story we will be reading is from Matthew 14 v22-33about Peter walking on Water towards Jesus.
Some fun things are happening during our actual MessyChurch Zoom Meeting- including craft, music and catching up and seeing all ourfriends!
Some things to have ready for our craft
*Before our get together have ready a couple of sheets ofsquare origami paper and some sheets of A4 or small rectangles like A5. We aregoing to be folding them in our craft time. They can be any colour you like.
* have a bible handy– if you have one with pictures thatwould be great
* also, if you know how (I don’t!) you could dazzle us witha virtual zoom “watery themed” background. It could be the beach, a lake orunderwater.
* your dancing/singing selves for our praise part at theend of Messy Church
Here is a Prayer wewill be saying that night. It’s a good one and you can pray it anytime youlike! God is always listening to us.

Thank you for rescuing us from the stormy seasof life.
Help us to remember to trust in you forstrength and power,
Help us keep our eyes and hearts fixed on you
